Here we have a large 12x14.5” B&W photo of Manson in hand cuffs and a prison jump suit on the way to his late 60s trial matted along with a bank check for $10 that’s signed twice: both to Manson as well as signed by Manson. A few years ago now, Manson and serial killer collector Steve Drasil devised a plan to start a checking account for Manson and funnel him a few bucks through it. It was shut down almost immediately, but not before the paperwork was filled out and checks were printed. This is a starter check from the original book of checks with both Charles Manson’s name, as well as Steve’s name and address on the check. They were obtained through the estate of Steve Drasil when he passed away a couple of years ago. The photo and check are matted to an overall 18x24” size to make one sure to be talked about display piece.

Henry Lee Lucas, American serial killer with a body count of 350+ passed away in prison on 3/13/01. Here we have an authentic one page letter to Phyllis Wilcox, (who obviously spent a great deal of time taking killers with no chance of parole for a ride since we have letters to and from several of them in our possession), postmarked May 19th, 1994. The wonderfully misspelled letter has to do with selling a guy (Ken Karnig, the same guy we have a Charles Manson note and envelope from for sale) a painting and Phyllis collecting the money for it. The letter is typed and signed with his first name “Henry” only so we’ll sell it cheaper than we would a full name signature. Includes the original envelope and letter.
