Headless Eyes (1986)

An artist gets caught breaking into a woman’s apartment to try and steal 68 bucks so he can pay his rent. She gouges out his left eye with a spoon and the artist becomes obsessed with eyes so much that he begins clomping around NYC bashing couples on the head with a claw hammer so he can take their eyes. Close to 20 victims later (not all on camera, mind you) we find the clueless cops still clueless, a freezer full of eyeballs, and the eye art collection of his little shop growing. The deranged artist eventually freezes to death in a giant meat freezer while chasing down that one last female victim. DVD

With the help of a local gun nut, the bikers stock up on weapons and the big shoot out occurs at the local cemetery. It’s the bloodiest biker movie ever made, with a climax that would make Sam Peckinpaw smile with delight. This is the remastered director’s cut of the film.
