He uses all the best parts to reconstruct a new body and places his girls head on the torso, but things go from bad to worse real quick when all he manages to do is to unleash “Frankenhooker” on the world at large. An artist gets caught breaking into a woman’s apartment to try and steal 68 bucks so he can pay his rent. She gouges out his left eye with a spoon and the artist becomes obsessed with eyes so much that he begins clomping around NYC bashing couples on the head with a claw hammer so he can take their eyes. Close to 20 victims later (not all on camera, mind you) we find the clueless cops still clueless, a freezer full of eyeballs, and the eye art collection of his little shop growing. The deranged artist eventually freezes to death in a giant meat freezer while chasing down that one last female victim. DVD
