Unknown to all, a demented lunatic is hiding in the shadows and begins to kill off the kids one by one in this middle-of-the-road slice of 80’s slasherness. Titled DEATH DORM, this is an alternate version of the film, containing additional scenes and extra gore not found in the old released version of the film. An intimate look at Romero’s creative process, this film contains a wealth of behind-the-scenes footage from the shooting of Dawn, as well as makeup effects footage, scenes from other Romero films, interviews with cast and crew members and more. This is the uncut version of Document of the Dead. It contains almost 6 minutes worth of footage that was deleted from the original release of the film, as well as a new segment Frumkes shot ten years later on the set of Romero’s “Two Evil Eyes” segment.
