Seems that Conrad is a disciple of the infamous Dr. Orloff (who gained an “f” in his name since the first film) and has turned Andros into a human automation that seeks out and kills strippers, prostitutes, and various ladies of the evening that Conrad gives a strange necklace transmitter to. Yep, it’s a weird one from cult director Jess Franco. That’s for sure. It’s also long out of print.
