| While ditching a few barrels of toxic goo in an old tomb, an earth tremor knocks one of the barrels over and toxic sludge leaks forth. This in turn, brings a beautiful young woman named Katherine back from the dead. She wanders the countryside creating abundant cheap gore effects. She winds up returning to her home, where she gets naked and cons her sister into bringing her fresh victims since she’s developed a taste for human flesh since her return to the living. One of director Jean Rollins most successful horror films is also one of his effective and enjoyable films as well. Uncut, in French, with English subtitles.
